New Japanese restaurant opened in Central🍜Zhulu Ramen🍜

Takeroku Ramen in Wanchai recently opened a branch in the Central Market, on the ground floor of the food court. This time I went to work in Central and finally tried it😆 Takeroku Ramen comes from Hokkaido. I chose the signature Wagyu Beef Salt Sauce Ramen🍜 There are 4 slices of Wagyu, the oil is quite beautiful, the beef fat melts into the soup, making the oil flavor of the salt and sauce soup more layered! The soup is clear, not the kind of very strong dark sauce ramen🍜 Friends who don't like to eat too strong can choose this.

My friend ordered Nagoya Chicken White Soup Ramen🍜 The soup is milky white, smooth and sweet, and the chicken breast is very soft. For snacks, we ordered black pork dumplings and chicken wings. The dumplings are excellent, the bottom is fried very crispy😋
