High-quality sushi and sashimi rice bowls

Tried this Japanese restaurant at Central Market, offering sushi 🍣 and sashimi rice bowls 🍱. The food quality was impressive and surprising! Ordered two sets: one was the Sushi Omakase Set, and the other was the Torched Sashimi Rice Bowl. Both were outstanding.

First, let's talk about the Sushi Omakase Set, which included ten pieces of sushi, each incredibly fresh! The snapper was sweet, the yellowtail was rich, the toro melted in the mouth, the bonito was aromatic, the squid was chewy and springy, the white shrimp was sweet, the botan shrimp was creamy, the geoduck was crunchy, the crab meat was full of flavor, and the sea urchin was sweet and intense 😍. Finally, the tuna hand roll was also delicious, with a generous portion of tuna filling complemented by the fragrant seaweed—truly satisfying!

As for the Torched Sashimi Rice Bowl, it was equally delightful! Scallops, flounder, yellowtail, snapper, bonito, and more were lightly torched, releasing the fragrant fish oils and enhancing the flavor. To finish, there was snapper soup rice, with a rich and flavorful fish broth.
