Premium Hot Pot Set for Two

Last night, we tried the Premium Hot Pot set for two, priced at $380 per person, and overall, it was quite impressive.

First, the Japanese sashimi platter included surf clams, tuna, and eightband butterflyfish, all of which tasted great!

The seafood selection was unbeatable! We chose fresh South African abalone, New Zealand razor clams, and Japanese scallops. The abalone was tender and flavorful; the razor clams were plump and sweet; the scallops were large, fresh, and juicy. All three types of seafood were incredibly fresh with no fishy smell—definitely worth praising!

The premium marbled beef had evenly distributed fat, and just a few seconds in the broth made it ready to eat. It was rich in flavor. The clear tofu soup base was sweet and complemented the freshness of the seafood and beef. The tofu was silky and quite enjoyable.

The signature dumplings and chive dumplings were packed with filling. The handmade four treasure meatballs were a delightful surprise, each with its unique texture and bouncy bite. Finally, there were tang lettuce and fresh noodles to round off the meal.
