It turns out to be a Michelin-recommended ramen specialist

This shop specializes in making fresh noodles with Japanese flour + homemade noodle machine every day
Insist on the freshly boiled soup with special sauce mixed with sardines, mackerel, kelp and other ingredients boiled for 6-8 hours ⏳ and no MSG is very sincere ~

The soup is made with homemade special soy sauce chicken broth
It tastes fresh and not too salty, and the texture is OK with thin noodles
However not too prominent
The black pork was very crispy, but the taste was rather woody. The bite was not as tender as expected

The ramen and soup are served separately. The soy sauce flavor is super strong + the fish is salty
