Hashtag B is another egg tart shop that I highly recommend anyone visiting Hong Kong to try. Their egg tarts are unique, with some infused with yuzu and others with green tea. I can tell you they're incredibly soft and smooth. The burnt aroma of the egg tarts adds to the delightful experience. This shop has several branches, so if you're traveling alone, don't worry about not being able to finish it all! You can buy just one piece to sample. Or, if you're traveling with a group, you can choose from a variety of options. Sometimes, the staff will pre-package three pieces for you, which is incredibly fast. They're especially delicious when they're fresh out of the oven. I highly recommend this shop. You must try them.
