Let me tell you, this is my favorite shop. I'm so happy!

The Napoleon-style dough is shaped like a flower.
What I really like is the fragrant burnt caramel at the bottom. It's not too sweet. The layers are crispy and crumbly. The inside is fragrant with egg. Oh, I love this so much. If I come to Thailand, I'll be waiting in line from the first day.

In Hong Kong, each piece costs $18.
This is about 82 baht in Thai baht. They're large, tender, and fresh.
I bought three pieces and they came in a box.
