Hashtag B is another well-known bakery in Hong Kong. Their egg tarts are also very famous, comparable to Bakehouse. They also have branches in Causeway Bay. The two stores are not far away from each other. After buying Bakehouse, of course you have to take away a box of Hashtag B’s egg tarts!

Hashtag B's egg tart is a flower-shaped puff pastry egg tart, which looks larger. We bought three flavors in the store: original caramel, Irish liqueur, and pistachio, which is exactly three that can fit into a box.

The taste of Hashtag B egg tart is basically rich in egg flavor, with lower sweetness and milk flavor. The thousand-layer tart crust has many layers and obvious stratification. The crispy feeling when you take a bite is amazing👍! My personal favorite is the Irish liqueur flavor. The sweet egg tart has a hint of liqueur, and the flavors are blended just right and are delicious 😋!

Whether it’s Hashtag B or Bakehouse, everyone in my family has their own favorite and it’s hard to tell which is better. I recommend that people who want to buy buy both!
