Japanese Omurice with Starry Sky 🍚

I've always wanted to try Tokyo's "Grill Mantianxing" in Harbour City, but the long lines always put me off. Today, I arrived early and found a table.
Mantianxing is a popular local restaurant with 47 years of history! It's known for its original slicked egg omelet rice. The Hong Kong branch maintains the spirit of traditional Japanese and Western cuisine, using ingredients directly from Japan to create its signature omelet rice. The hamburger curry omelet rice is a must-try. I also tried the Fukuoka Mentaiko series' seared mentaiko omelet rice and the Ming Mentaiko chicken wings with salad. The omelet rice's creamy, runny egg, and rich egg flavor complemented the curry sauce and warm rice perfectly, creating a rich and mellow flavor.
On the way back, I stopped by Eslite and saw the ancient trees along Haiphong Road.
