Pepper Pork Tripe and Chicken Pot

Hong Kong people really like hot pot, no matter how hot lately ~ every day 30 degrees will turn on the air conditioner hot pot 😅, but so hot of course will not buy their own things to make it, especially a difficult to handle the soup will not make yourself, firstly do not know, secondly finished already sweaty, no appetite 😛
