"Pa La-U Waterfall"

Pa La-U Waterfall comes from the word "La-U" in the Karen language, which means bamboo. There are many bamboo trees growing in this area, which is the origin of the name of this waterfall. The waterfall is located in Kaeng Krachan National Park. The forest is still intact, so there are many animals living here, such as monkeys, gibbons, elephants, and various rare birds, such as the Red-headed Khun Phaen, the Great Gray Woodpecker, the Barbet, and the Pan-tailed Catfish. This is another place that is suitable for bird watching. On the day we went, it was raining, so traveling up to the waterfall was quite difficult. For the safety of tourists, the park limits the visit to only the 2nd level. Normally, the waterfall has 15 levels in total. Before going up to the waterfall, there are small shops along the road and seats with restrooms. The cost of visiting the waterfall is as follows:
- Entrance fee is 60 baht per person, children under 8 years old and seniors over 60 years old are free
- Vehicle fee is 30 baht
If anyone passes through Hua Hin, don't forget to visit. You will experience beautiful nature that is very pleasing to the eyes
