Huay Mongkol Temple, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan

Wat Huai Mongkol is located in Ban Huai Khot community, Tambon Thap Tai, Amphoe Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. It is the place where the largest Luang Pu Thuat statue in the world is enshrined. Originally, this temple was called Wat Huai Khot. In 1952, His Majesty the King visited and established the royal initiative project. He gave a new name from "Wat Huai Khot" to "Wat Huai Mongkol". #Wat Huai Mongkol
