Hualien｜Ji’an·Qingxiuyuan carrying faith and longing

Keishuin's former name was the Shingon sect Yoshino Preaching School. Eighty-eight statues of gods from four countries in Japan have been standing in the courtyard for more than a hundred years. It used to be a Japanese immigrant village, but now it carries my thoughts about Hualien.

It has been nearly 20 years since I studied in Hualien. Twenty years ago, Qingxiuyuan was quiet and quietly hidden among the mountains and fields. Nowadays, Qingxiuyuan is more gorgeously renovated than before. Between elegance and secularity, it has become more It used to be noisier.

What remains unchanged is the piety in the eyes of believers and the wonder in the mouths of tourists.
