The historic winery building in the city center [Hualien Cultural and Creative Industry Park]

With the rise of cultural and creative awareness, almost every city in Taiwan has a cultural and creative park, and Hualien is no exception. In the early days, the old Hualien winery was the "Hualien Wine Factory of the Taiwan Governor-General's Monopoly Bureau Hualien Port Branch". The wooden houses and two-story spaces are mostly factory designs without partitions, and the hinterland space is large. Although there is currently no planning for the houses to be settled, the outdoor space still attracts many locals to come to the [Hualien Cultural and Creative Industry Park] for a walk or a dog walk, and many activities are held from time to time.
