🌳 Tianzhugou Grand Canyon | Spectacular peaks and beautiful waters, the most beautiful landscape of the southern Taihang Mountains
In the southern Taihang Mountains, there is a rare and free scenic area of mountains and waters--Tianzhugou Grand Canyon. The scenic area is located within the territory of Shiyuan Village, Nanzhai Town, Huixian City, featuring spectacular peaks and beautiful waters, red rock cliffs, and the Shiyuan Reservoir, also known as the 'Little Three Gorges of Taihang'. The stream in the canyon flows all year round, making it a great place for summer retreats, leisure vacations, and water play for children. Highlights:

🎋 The Shiyuan Reservoir dam is 71 meters high, 36 meters wide, and 4 kilometers long, separating the provinces of Henan and Shanxi, marking the boundary between the two provinces. On both sides of the reservoir, the canyon cliffs are steep and precipitous. It has been raining these days, the water level is high, and the water from the reservoir overflows, cascading down to the valley floor, forming a waterfall with a drop of more than 100 meters, which is very spectacular!
The scenic area is full of strange peaks, ancient trees, and 🌲 lush vegetation, with an average altitude of 1300 meters and the highest point at 1600 meters, making it an extremely charming ecological sanctuary in the southern section of the Taihang Mountains. On both sides of the Grand Canyon are red cliffs.
