Seafood Rice Bowl Delight at Sijo, Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch

I recently visited the Lotte Department Store Incheon branch to enjoy a seafood rice bowl after a long time :) Since this place has just opened, the store was clean and had a great atmosphere! We ordered their signature dishes, the J-Takudon and the Salmon Yukhoe Maguro-don.
Sijo's signature dish at the Lotte Department Store Incheon branch, the J-Takudon, is a seafood rice bowl featuring salmon roe, tuna loin, tuna belly, white fish, whelk, clams, shrimp, cucumber, and green onions, topped with sea urchin and crab meat for an extra touch of flavor. The variety of seafood piled high above the bowl is truly impressive!
The Salmon Yukhoe Maguro-don is a combination of salmon rice bowl topped generously with tuna and beef tartare—a flavor-packed combination that can't go wrong! Someone highly recommended this dish to me at Sijo, and I was so grateful for the suggestion because it turned out to be absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend it as well!
