The most beautiful sunset of my 2025 🌅🇹🇷

Sunsets always feel magical, but seeing one while cruising the Bosphorus is like experiencing a little miracle.

If you’re ever alone in Istanbul and wonder what to do, just go ahead and take a sunset sightseeing cruise. It’s absolutely worth it! The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. I flirted with a charming waiter (hehe) who kindly got me one of the best seats, so I could see the most iconic landmarks, like
▫️ Maiden’s Tower - the legendary tower rising from the water 🏰
▫️ The charming neighborhood of Kuzguncuk with its colorful houses 🌈
▫️ The majestic Beylerbeyi Palace and the elegant Küçüksu Palace 👑
▫️ The mighty Anatolian Fortress and the grand Rumeli Hisari 🛡️
▫️ The impressive Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge 🌉
▫️ The atmospheric district of Arnavutköy
▫️ And of course, the fairy-tale-like Ortaköy Mosque 🕌

For two hours, I was treated like a princess (which is always appreciated 😇). And then came the highlight of the evening 🌅: the water shimmering with gold, the city lights sparkling one by one and Istanbul turning into the most romantic scene imaginable. 💙💙💙

📌 Though I recommend to bring a cardigan or light jacket to stay warm and cozy. As the sun sets, the Bosphorus gets breezy and fresh.
