#falladventures Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet
Staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sultanahmet felt like living inside a piece of Istanbul’s history. The building itself is a restored Ottoman-era prison, but now it stands as one of the most peaceful and elegant hotels I’ve ever visited. My room looked out toward the Hagia Sophia — in the morning, soft light poured through the window while the faint sound of the call to prayer echoed in the distance. Breakfast was served in the courtyard surrounded by blooming flowers and the smell of fresh pastries. Later, I wandered through the cobblestone streets nearby, discovering small shops and local tea houses. As sunset arrived, I sat on the terrace, watching the domes of the Blue Mosque glow golden in the fading light. It was a surreal moment — the perfect blend of comfort, culture, and charm. This hotel doesn’t just offer luxury; it offers a doorway into Istanbul’s soul.
