Java Island

Java swept me off my feet in just 8 days. From the sunrise over Borobudur to the surreal blue flames of Ijen, every stop felt like a new world. I hiked Bromo in the mist, wandered through Yogyakarta’s vibrant streets, and got lost in lush rice fields and local warungs. Java is intense—raw nature, deep culture, constant contrast.
