[Jeju Island] A rare dish ✨ Jeju's specialty green tea ginseng chicken soup ✨

[Jeju Island] Sogado Samgyetang

Jeju Island is a food paradise with a strong seafood and meat reputation✨
It is also famous for its beef, pork, and chicken production.

This is a rare restaurant that uses the famous green tea in the soup for samgyetang, where a whole baby chicken is cooked with dates and glutinous rice inside♪

As you eat, you'll notice that your mouth is sticky.

Full of collagen✨
Then there's the pleasant, soft aroma of green tea.
There's plenty of rice and the baby chicken is large, so it's filling and delicious😋

The price is 11,000 won!
A low price that's hard to find in Seoul.
You can also get a half-sized half-baby chicken soup for 7,000 won.
Of course, you can eat as much side dishes as you want, including kimchi and pickled onions in sweet vinegar♪

I went early in the morning, so there were only a few people seated when I entered, but within 30 minutes, it was full!

The sight of a huge amount of stone pots on the fire was impressive😊

The staff were smiling and efficient.

You can see how popular it is❤️

The location is on the sea side of old Jeju.

It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from Jeju International Airport, about 6,500 won🚕

📍Location: 1 Donghan 2-gil, Jeju-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province

🕰️Business hours: 10:30-21:00
Closed on the first and third Sundays
