🌿🍂 A two-day, one-night trip to Jeonju, looking for a quick weekend escape. Upon arrival, the first stop was, of course, the Jeonju Hanok Village. 🏡 The tranquil tiled roofs, stone walls, and streets filled with travelers in hanbok (traditional Korean attire) emanated a sense of tradition. 📸💛 Dressed in a beautiful hanbok from a hanbok rental shop and strolling through the alleys, I felt as if I had stepped back in time. For lunch, I had a bowl of bibimbap, Jeonju's specialty! 🥢 I was mesmerized by the flavorful combination of glossy gochujang (red pepper paste) and various vegetables. Afterwards, I stopped by Gyeonggijeon Shrine for a quiet stroll to calm my mind. 🏯 In the evening, I stayed at a hanok, quietly enjoying tea in the courtyard, and enjoying the Jeonju night under the soft lights. 🌙🍵
Day 2, ☀️, I woke up early and headed to the Omokdae Observatory. As I walked along the trail, I was greeted by a panoramic view of the Hanok Village, the tiled roofs sparkling in the morning sunlight. It was truly a postcard-perfect sight. 🌤️ Afterwards, I stopped by Jeondong Cathedral to admire its beautiful architecture and enjoyed a leisurely brunch at a nearby cafe. ☕🥐 Lunch ended with a local favorite, bean sprout soup! The refreshing and refreshing broth completely washed away the fatigue from the previous day. 🍲
On the way back 🚗, I gazed out the window at the hanok roofs passing by, and thought, "Jeonju is a city that makes time slow down." 💫 It was a short but warm and emotional two days and one night. Jeonju was a city I always wanted to visit again. 🏡🌿✨
