A well-maintained park with footbaths and walking trails

📍 Tangweigou Park, a famous attraction in Jiaoxi

🏨 Unique charm of this place:
A representative hot spring park that you must visit if you come to Jiaoxi! Jiaoxi is a representative hot spring city in Taiwan, and among them, Tangweigou Park is the place that best preserves natural hot springs. You can see hot spring water in the stream that runs through the middle of the park, and the footbaths and walking paths are well-maintained, making it a great place to take a leisurely walk. There are various local restaurants and cafes nearby, so you can enjoy the hot springs while tasting local food!

📝 My review:
Since Jiaoxi is also famous for ‘scallions (Taiwanese green onions)’, there were many snacks made with scallions. Buying snacks like bread or pancakes with scallions and eating them while soaking your feet in the hot spring water is the best healing time! It was the perfect place to relax while relieving fatigue in the warm water and holding a delicious snack in one hand. It was also nice that there were many footbaths that were free to use, so you could enjoy them without any burden. If you visit in the cool fall or winter, you will be able to fully experience the charm of the hot springs.
