Practitioner’s Notes
1. Awakening Schedule
- 05:30 | Sit cross-legged on the east cliff waiting for the first ray of golden light to illuminate the snow crown
- 15:00 | Forage for fritillaria with the shepherdess (Wednesdays and Saturdays only)
- 21:00 | Gather around the stove to listen to the living Buddha’s old silver bell telling the lost chapters of "King Gesar"

2. Rules for Seclusion
- Slow your breath at 2900 meters altitude (each room equipped with a portable oxygen bottle)
- Do not step over prayer flags (Tibetan mothers will weep)
- No loud noises in the private hot springs (fear of disturbing the mountain god’s mount)
