Take a break in a retro Western-style building ☕️ [Registered Tangible Cultural Property in Kagoshima]

Admire Sakurajima while reminiscing about the Industrial Revolution...
What a luxurious cafe experience! ✨

Apparently, there are only three Starbucks in Japan that have been renovated from tangible cultural properties.
This is part of Sengan-en Garden, the former This is the Serigano Shimazu Family Gold Mine Mining Office.

It's located diagonally across the street from the Ijinkan, on the same grounds as the Satsuma Glass Art Museum.

A rare Starbucks that's been featured on TV.
If you're visiting Kagoshima, be sure to stop by! 🎵

📍Location: 9688-1 Yoshino-cho, Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture

🕰️Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

🏖️Atmosphere/Amenities: View Sakurajima from a chic interior perfectly suited to the Western-style building. ✨
The time passes slowly here.
We saw a group of foreign tourists stopping by, but the seating on the second floor is spacious.

💞Reason for Recommendation: This Western-style building has a tranquil atmosphere.
Perfect for a break between touring Sengan-en Garden, the Ijinkan, and the Satsuma Glass Art Museum. ☕️
