Central Park in Kagoshima City is a wonderful tourist destination surrounded by nature. A variety of flowers bloom throughout the vast grounds from spring to autumn. The location is near Terukuni Shrine. The place is not very big. You can sit in this park after walking around Terukuni Shrine and enjoy the quiet environment of Kagoshima City. When I visited, it was cloudy and there were no flowers, so it seemed ordinary, but it is best to go there because the park also serves as a disaster relief shelter during earthquakes.
