A discerning organic cafe
Near the Great Buddha of Kamakura
An organic cafe that focuses on natural cultivation, no fertilizer, no pesticides, no additives, and uses brown rice as a vegetarian food

Reservations only

There is one menu
15 small dishes including rice and soup that do not use any animal ingredients Ki to Kizen

All these small plates are handmade by the owner.

The dishes have a warm feel to them, and they use organic vegetables, home-fermented ingredients, and seasonings, so they make no compromises.

The owner explains the dishes in detail, and you can choose between brown rice coffee or herbal tea for the gentle-tasting dessert.

¥2,200 with drink and dessert

Everything is gently seasoned, and I was impressed by how the ingredients themselves are used to their full potential.

The warm tables and chairs used in the store are made from 400-year-old cedar trees that were at Engakuji Temple in Kita-Kamakura.

The accessories are also handmade, such as tissue cases made from rice bags.

They are particular about everything in the store, so I recommend it.
