The Bridge on the River Kwai

The Bridge on the River Kwai was constructed during World War II. Today, it has been renovated and maintained by the State Railway of Thailand, making it a must-visit tourist attraction in Kanchanaburi Province.

🏖️ Environment/Facilities: The atmosphere is unique, featuring an actual functioning railway track. Visitors can take photos on the tracks when no trains are passing. Below the bridge, there are riverside restaurants where you can enjoy a meal on a floating raft. Parking is available in nearby alleys, or you can take a tourist train that stops at this location, allowing you to get off and take pictures.
