Nice, clean, new and very spacious room. Two beds + sofa + recliner and still plenty of space in the room.
Room temperature is a bit finicky. We think (?) that even if the thermostat was set correctly, the room temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold.
The hydro pool area is well worth staying at this hotel. We'll be back just for that.

Great service, amenities and breakfast. The spa and pool are new and great; the gym has all the equipment you could want; the breakfast has more options than you can eat.

The executive lounge has less breakfast options compared to the 9th floor lounge.

This is my favorite hotel so far! We even ended up going back to Kaohsiung just to come back to this hotel. The rooms were great, the gym was larger than most gyms I've seen at hotels, and the whirlpool was a recommendation. What makes it even better is the shopping mall it is connected to. All in all, a great place to stay!

The breakfast buffet was of good quality. The restaurant is very spacious.
