Qiaotou Sugar Factory: Sweet historical memory 🏭

When I walked into the Kaohsiung Qiaotou Sugar Factory, it was as if I had traveled back to the golden age of Taiwan's sugar industry a hundred years ago. 🌾 This was once the largest sugar factory in Taiwan. Now it has been transformed into a cultural park, preserving ancient sugar-making equipment, red brick warehouses and Japanese-style dormitories, each of which is full of traces of history.

I rode my bike through the green park. The breeze blew, and there seemed to be a faint scent of sugar in the air. 🚲 Enter the exhibition hall to learn about the rise and fall of the sugar industry and feel the hard work and sweetness of this land. Finally, don’t forget to taste a cup of homemade ice cream from the sugar factory to put a perfect end to this journey. 🍦
