Kaohsiung Hotel Cozzi 30th Floor (IF You) Ruo Ru Restaurant & Bar. Scenic Restaurant Worth Recommending.

Today, I met my niece who came from Bangkok, Thailand to visit her grandmother in Kaohsiung. We had dinner at the hotel near her grandmother's house, at the Ruo Ru Restaurant & Bar next to the lobby on the 30th floor of Hotel Cozzi. The floor-to-ceiling windows are huge, offering a beautiful view of Kaohsiung 85 Tower and Kaohsiung Harbor. It's a fantastic scenic restaurant. We ordered the Matsusaka Pork Set Meal, which was exquisite and tasted amazing.
