Kaohsiung's Chengyi Hotel B1 (Liang Guo) Hot Pot

Kaohsiung's Chengyi Hotel B1 (Liang Guo) Hot Pot is the most delicious and my favorite hot pot I've ever had in Kaohsiung. Today, I went to the Kaohsiung Main Library to read, and for dinner, I visited the Chengyi Hotel next door to try their B1 (Liang Guo) Hot Pot. According to the staff, this is a brand from Chiayi. The owner of Chengyi Hotel has a passion for great flavors and brought this brand to Kaohsiung's Chengyi Hotel. The name "Liang Guo" means "one pot, two ways"—first as a hot pot, and then using the leftover broth to cook porridge. Truly a two-in-one experience! What I love most is the flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and delicious beef. My favorite is the tofu skin. After finishing the hot pot, I ordered a bowl of rice with egg, sea urchin, and crab legs to make a sea urchin crab leg porridge—it was incredibly fresh and tasty. For dessert, I had red bean soup, which was sweet but not overly so—absolutely delightful 😋. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It's an excellent restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone.
