Walk into the century-old railway time and see the history of trains ๐Ÿ’• Railway fans must visit the Old Takao Post House

#ๆพณ้—จ็พŽ้ฃŸๆ”ป็•ฅ The Old Takao Station Story House, located in the Hamashing Railway Cultural Park in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province, China, is the original station of the early Takao Station. It has witnessed the rise of Kaohsiung Port and the glorious history of railway transportation.
Takao Station was officially opened in 1908. The existing station is a building rebuilt in 1947 and continued to operate as the Taiwan Railway Kaohsiung Port Station until it was officially closed in 2008. As Kaohsiung's railway transportation entered a new era, this station that has undergone a century of changes has also transformed into today's Old Takao Station Story House, allowing people to look back at the golden years of the railway in the past.

The exhibition of railway relics is displayed inside, which is worth seeing: the stationmaster's office, the ticket cabinet from the manual ticket sales era, the Japanese-made date stamping machine for various tickets (the date is stamped when the ticket is sold), the old cargo manifest wooden cabinet for freight delivery, train operation map, route map, etc., and you can also buy related railway magazines

No. 32, Gushan 1st Road, Kaohsiung City
