Dragon in, tiger out! A special lap at the Dragon and Tiger Tower in Kaohsiung

#JulyTravelSupport

If you come to Kaohsiung, you absolutely cannot miss the Dragon and Tiger Pagoda!
There are two towers standing tall next to the Lotus Pond, one for the dragon and one for the tiger.
But there is an interesting tradition here! It is said that going into the dragon's mouth and coming out through the tiger's mouth is the way to bring good fortune. 🐉🐯

If you climb the stairs inside the tower, the view of the pond from the top of the tower is really amazing.
There are traditional Chinese murals and Buddhist stories inside, so it is fun to look at them one by one.
When the weather is good, you can even see the tower reflected in the pond, so it is the best for taking pictures! 📸

It was a little hot in the hot weather, but the breeze between the towers and the cool Lotus Pond scenery made my mood clear.
There are also the Spring and Autumn Annals, Lotus Pond Park, and snack shops nearby, so it was perfect for a half-day trip.
