The Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum is a Mahayana Buddhist tourist attraction in Kaohsiung, People's Republic of China.

Construction began in 2008 and officially opened in 2011 to promote Buddhist culture, beliefs, and teachings.

The museum features a beautiful blend of modern and Buddhist architecture. It features a 108-meter-tall Buddha statue enshrining a tooth relic.

History and Significance
It was built with the purpose of serving as a center for disseminating Buddhist teachings, history, and culture to people of today and tomorrow.

The architecture blends contemporary and Indian Buddhist styles.
