On this trip, I'm going to see the Buddhist statues at the Fo Guang Shan Great Buddha in Kaohsiung!!✈️
🛄ㅣFo Guang Shan Great Buddha🪔
Fo Guang Shan Great Buddha was built in 1967 by the famous monk Seongyun Daesa (星雲大師), and has played a major role in Buddhist education and cultural propagation. There are several halls and prayer halls in the temple, and in particular, there is a huge Buddha statue that is 108 meters tall, which can be seen from afar!!
When I stood in front of the Buddha statue, I felt its size and a sense of reverence. Many people were quietly praying and making wishes in front of the Buddha statue. When I looked at the Buddha statue up close, I was impressed by the elaborate carvings and detailed expressions. The warm sunlight shining on the Buddha statue added to the mysterious atmosphere. I walked slowly around the Buddha statue and fully felt its magnificent presence. The majesty and calm expression of the Buddha statue made me feel at ease. Finally, we decided to take a photo with the Buddha statue as the background to remember this special moment for a long time.
The Fo Guang Shan Great Buddha located in Fo Guang Temple is not just a simple Buddha statue, but a special place where you can find peace of mind. If you visit Kaohsiung, I highly recommend you stop by!🫠
