➰It is said that Terasawa Shimanokami Rirotaka, a vassal of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, built the castle in 1602 after the fall of Baekje, and it took 7 years to complete the castle.
➰It is a 5-story building, but there is no elevator, so it was a burden for my parents..
➰Instead, there is an elevator to the front of the castle, and it costs 100 yen one way. It is free for those over 70. Just say you are over 70 without a passport or ID, and they'll be fine! ➰There aren't many stairs to get to Karatsu Castle, so use the elevator or stairs, whichever is more convenient😍
