Karuizawa is also great at this time of year!

The plains are gradually getting warmer, and there are even hot days, but the traditional summer resort #Karuizawa still has a spring atmosphere.

If you leave the Shinkansen station ticket gate and go a little to the left, you can take the Karuizawa Shinano Railway, and then go a little further to #Miyota, where you can feel the clean mountain air up close and enjoy the lingering scent of spring in the vivid flowers.

The sunshine is warm, but the air sometimes cools, so it's just the right weather for a #stroll.

I stopped off at #Umenoki Cafe near #Oiwake and had #lunch 🥪. The calm atmosphere was truly soothing, and I was able to release myself from the hustle and bustle and stress of everyday life. I recommend the maple cheese toast.
