A resort hotel with a long history in Karuizawa, a city with unique charms throughout the year. 😊

The grounds are home to the stained-glass chapel, the "Kyu-Karuizawa Chapel," a place where weddings are often held and a "couple's dream." 🔔

When I worked in the wedding industry a long time ago, I often heard of this place, so I've always wanted to stay there. 😁

So, this is a hotel I highly recommend for anniversaries. ❣️

The hotel's exterior is modeled after the "Former Mikasa Hotel," a National Important Cultural Property,
and the interior has an elegant and refined atmosphere.✨

I stayed there in October,
and the interior was decorated for Halloween, which was adorable.🎃

There are many tourist spots in the area,
so I rented bicycles from the hotel and explored the area.🚲
Electric bicycles were also available, so I rode one for the first time.😂

I highly recommend cycling down Mikasa Street!❣️

a typical Karuizawa spot with rows of villas.😁
There are some hills, so I'm truly glad I chose an electric bicycle.🥹 lol

Karuizawa is also a popular summer resort!
