We had Katsuura Tantanmen, a local dish, in a spectacular location with the sea right in front of us🍜

Compared to the typical tantanmen noodles, which tend to have a strong image of minced meat and bok choy, the chili oil is very strong🤩

It is spicy, but the sweetness of the large cut onions makes it addictively delicious🤤
We had Japanese-style pizza with grilled green onions with the tantanmen🍕

The crispy dough was topped with plenty of cherry shrimp and bonito flakes, and it was a new type of pizza that you could eat with a little soy sauce😆
