[Chiba] An observation deck with a great view of Katsuura fishing port!

About 10 minutes by car from downtown Katsuura City is an observation deck called the Former Narumisou Site Observation Deck. You can see Katsuura Fishing Port, and enjoy the ocean and mountain views.

There are about four small benches, so you can eat your lunch, take your time looking at the view, and relax. However, there isn't much shade, so be careful of heatstroke!

There is a bench right in front of the parking lot, so you can enjoy the view without getting tired, which is a nice feature! The parking lot is large and rarely fills up, so you can go there without worrying!
