Khao Sok or Ratchaprapa Dam (Cheow Lan Dam) is located in Khao Sok National Park. Originally known as Cheow Lan Dam, it is the second multi-purpose dam in the southern region, located in Surat Thani province. The beauty of the towering limestone mountains, the steep cliffs amidst the waters of Cheow Lan Dam, and the clear waters of the lake have earned it the nickname 'Guilin of Thailand.' The surrounding mountains, floating raft houses, kayaking, and various activities, along with the morning mist touching the mountain slopes and reflecting the sunlight over the water, create a beautiful and captivating scenery that continuously attracts tourists.
