Operated by a chef who trained in first-class restaurants in Tokyo and Chiba, "Shira (Tsukumo)" makes good use of seasonal seafood and wild vegetables, and uses charcoal grilling and broth to show the original flavor of the ingredients, and presents the aroma and details of the cooking process in front of the artisan bar .
There are only 14 seats in the store (including the bar and small tables), and the space atmosphere combines Japanese style and modernity, suitable for receptions, anniversaries or in-depth dining experiences  
The meal includes a tea brewing experience, daily sake and wine selection, as well as a variety of non-alcoholic drinks to cater to the needs of different customer groups
