I was looking for a good restaurant in Kokura with a friend and found this restaurant✨ We visited a restaurant with good meat on the 3rd floor of Hikari Terrace♡

︎︎︎︎☑︎Ice-ripened filet diced steak 1800 yen
✍️All come with salad, soup, bread or rice

I was excited to hear that it was a restaurant with good meat✨
I can't eat a lot, but I was looking for a good restaurant, so this was the perfect place✨

Ice-ripened means ice-temperature aging, and when meat is aged at low temperatures, the umami components increase🤔

I had the diced steak...
It was so delicious that I was surprised at how soft it was🥺
I shared it with a friend, and the roast beef was also delicious.

Both can be enjoyed with a variety of toppings, such as sauce, rock salt, wasabi, and salted kelp, so try different ones.

They were all delicious, but I prefer rock salt💕

The salad and soup were also very good.

I chose bread, which was also delicious🍞

You can also get a large or small portion of rice🙆♀️

My friend was very happy, and I'm glad I discovered such a great restaurant💕

I sat on the terrace, and the weather was great and the breeze was pleasant✨
