I visited with my family in October.
The Baikinman Secret Base is located on the Kobe Harborland side after leaving the Anpanman Museum & Mall.

Only those who have purchased a ticket to the second floor museum can enter the secret base, but my child, who loves Dokin-chan and Baikinman, was very excited!

The base is not very large, but there are many playground equipment that allow children to move their bodies a lot and it looked like fun.
