My family members, I must vindicate Kobe! I had always heard people say that Kobe was boring, and it was not originally on my Kansai travel plans. I had originally planned to go to USJ that day, but it happened to be the peak season for students during the spring break in Japan, so I gave up and headed to Kobe instead. Unexpectedly, this alternative town became the most unforgettable place for me.
Kobe is really quiet, perfect for people like me who don't like crowds. When the weather is good, the whole city looks like it has a blue filter, so beautiful that you can't take your eyes off it. Buy a cup of fragrant coffee, stroll leisurely on the street, wandering aimlessly, that feeling is super chill, and all the tension in the body disappears.
I have to mention the Wagyu beef in Kobe, it is really amazing, melts in your mouth and tastes amazing. Once you have eaten it, you will always think about it. In Kobe, there is a comfortable living atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was too rushed this time and didn’t have the chance to take a good look around the countryside of Kobe, but that’s okay, I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance.
If you also want to find a quiet place to relax and taste delicious food, Kobe is really a good choice. I believe you will fall in love with its unique charm!
