A medium rare Kobe beef steak with a seared surface to lock in the umami and sweetness🥩

It was chewy and refreshing, and I enjoyed it until the very end🤤

① Just Kobe beef steak
② Mixed with plenty of crumbled yolk
③ With special wasabi
④ With steak soy sauce
⑤ With special salt
⑥ With steak sauce

I liked wasabi, but I also liked mixing the runny yolk with special salt🫢︎💕︎

And Chinatown had a different atmosphere from the daytime, and it was wonderful at night too♪
