A platter that includes 4 raw oysters, 4 grilled oysters, and 2 fried oysters. On this day, we had raw oysters from Kamaishi, Iwate Prefecture and Lake Saroma in Hokkaido, and grilled oysters with Kilpatrick and tomato basil.

A dessert plate with an exquisite balance of vanilla and strawberry ice cream sweetness, overlapping with the moistness of the mille crepe. You can enjoy the richness of vanilla, the freshness of strawberry, and the gentle taste of the mille crepe all at once.

I was able to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea. There was a wide variety of fresh oysters, each with its own unique flavor.
