[Kobe] A new type of ramen with delicious Japanese-style broth ♪

I heard that Mensho Sakuraan near Kobe Station serves the rare sakura meat (horse meat) ramen, so I headed there right away!

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw the ticket machine.

I bought their signature sakura noodles.

The small, counter-style restaurant has a small restaurant-like atmosphere.

I immediately started eating the sakura noodles. 🍴🙏
Mizuna (potherb mustard greens) was layered underneath the vibrant cherry-colored sakura meat.

The accompanying tokkuri (sake bottle) 🍶 contained hot broth, which I poured all over the horse meat.
The horse meat changed color as soon as it heated up.

I took a sip of the broth.
I see. This is delicious!
The sakura meat was soft and delicious, with no peculiar flavor.
The noodles were made with whole wheat flour and had a soba-like flavor.
It was a ramen that was enjoyable in both appearance and taste.
