Laem Ton is the location of Lanta National Park, located at the end of the island. It is a cape that juts out into the sea with many palm trees growing in a thicket, hence the name Laem Ton. It is quite a distance from the road, on a small road with alternating up and down hills. Along the way, you will see monkeys all around, so drive carefully. But when you get there, it is very worthwhile.

There is a lighthouse here, a famous viewpoint of Lanta Island. There is a walkway to the viewpoint above. The beach here is made of rocks, looking strangely beautiful and very natural. There are many big and small trees for taking beautiful pictures.

The park office has bungalows and an area for camping. There are pins to mark places to take photos as souvenirs. There is an interesting nature trail.
