Wat Pho is one of the most iconic and revered temples in Bangkok.

It has an over-40-meter long reclining Buddha statue inside the temple! And GUESS WHAT, is covered in gold leaf and adorned with intricate mother-of-pearl inlay on its feet! The temples have great architecture and provide LOTS of photo opportunities!

To get there, take the BTS Skytrain to Saphan Taksin station, and then take a Chao Phraya River Express boat to Tha Tien pier. The temple is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and admission fee is 100 THB.

Don't forget to remove your shoes before entering the temple!
