Sairee not for Sorry at Sairee Beach

Our favorite beach in Koh Tao because 1. It's FREE 2. It's not mobbed and 3. The water is crystal clear and nice and shallow. Once you wade out a bit there are coral reefs that still hold their colour unlike some of the others around the island where tourism has got the better of it. Free parking at the hostels that line the beach. Restaurants and bars everywhere but not too busy.

A walk during the day when it's quiet is highly recommended. Accom, food and massage right on the sea front and WALKING STREET promenade just behind is really lovely. A variety of fishing boats and shallow swimming beach. Something for everyone
